The wife and I went in to look into purchasing a Rogue Sport. Bill was excellent to work with. This is the second car we purchased from him. I will always go to him from now on when our lease ends. I highly recommend him. I works hard for you and understands your needs.
I have to say I am overall pleased with this dealership, from their sales guys to their service managers. Bill McGovern was fantastic in assisting me with viewing my new Nissan Sentra. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Now this is typically what one should expect when buying a car. Their customer service was put to the test though as I did have a couple slight issues with the car within a couple weeks of having it - which I write off as a fluke as it can happen. Anyways, when Bill McGovern found out that my car was having problems, he helped coordinate getting it into the shop and having the cost covered on the house. He was very apologetic and sincere.Zack the service manager was also great from the start. Very polite and well mannered. Lastly, I would like to also commend the Infiniti Dealership finance guy next door as he is the one who walked me through the financial part. I unfortunately just can’t remember his name. He was straight to the point without all that extra fluff. He informed me of what I should and shouldn’t get with the car. This was the smoothest process I’ve been through in awhile. He even laid out all the numbers on the table, elaborated on the details and ensured that I understood what I was getting myself into with the loan.I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
Honestly I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, my car’s transmission went bad and I as anyone else in this situation expected the worst. I received a call from Chris F to tell me the bad news that my transmission was bad, but the awesome news that there was an extended warranty on the cvt transmission for my car and that he will handle the upcoming processes. Through the entire process of having my car serviced, Chris left me at ease explaining to me every step of the replacement. When I returned to pick up the car I was greeted with a smile by the sales associates and they instructed me on where to proceed next. Once I entered the service area, I was again treated with a smiling face and the employee there stated that there was a 0 balance due and that it was a pleasure doing business with me. He then proceeded to pull my car to the front of the lot and opened the door to my Nissan Rogue with a brand new transmission. I would just like to say if you are reading this that I believe this company must be treating their employees with respect, because I have never as a customer had a more pleasing end user experience! I visited Cochran nissan last week, my friends took me there, I cannot say more thanks to Alan, we have bought two cars from him. He is so helpful with me for everything . If you come for any sale for Nissan, he is the right person to go to!
Bought 2 cars (Nissan juke & lightly used Honda Accord) last year.. haven't had issues with either til recently needed some muffler work on the juke believe it or not but anywho.. service dept handled everything very professionally.. I refer everyone I know.. they made everything very easy and their salesman are honest gentlemen ?
