Just talked with Greg in Service. Very intelligent and really knows cars! I had so many questions about my 2016 Nissan Altima and how transmission felt as I am not used to it the way they are built now (he explained all to me... and how they function and what I feel is "normal") he said they test drove it as well as checking for codes...they wanted to make sure all was good for me. They checked my fluids and made sure my car was ready for winter making sure my best 2 tires were up front for "front wheel drive". ...

The phone and internet were down when I arrived so I dropped my car off and they contacted me as soon as they were back up and running and applied my rewards points even though the person who handles the program was out. Treated me fairly and that's all I ask
